For the first 12 years at Mercer and Aon, I advised employers directly on their various benefits offerings, soliciting quotes for health and other coverages and providing hands-on support. Over the past eight years at Catalyst for Payment Reform, I’ve educated and advised employers on healthcare purchasing dynamics and innovative strategies to regain control of cost and quality of care.
