Hello and thanks for viewing my portfolio!
Upon graduating from UCLA with a Master’s of Public Health, I began my career in benefits consulting at Mercer, where I spent 11 years managing strategic employer accounts in the San Francisco office. I consulted to brand-name employers in various industries ranging in size (2K–20K+ employees; $30M–$600M+ benefits budgets), with the accounts ranging from $200K-$1M+ annual recurring revenue. I left Mercer in 2016 for a growth opportunity at Aon, where I was successful in helping to secure two new employer customers during my time there.
In 2017, I was recruited to work for a national healthcare thought leader, Suzanne Delbanco, at the independent nonprofit, Catalyst for Payment Reform (CPR), as its Director of Member Services. I managed CPR’s 30+ employer and other stakeholder accounts, leading membership programming as well as annual activities (renewals, sales, forecasting). In addition, I played an instrumental role in managing and renewing a $2M+ grant, publishing 80+ pieces of educational content (offered on this portfolio site), and selling partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
I remain interested in the employee benefits space and am seeking an opportunity in strategic account management/customer success in my next role. I bring a variety of skills and experiences in consultant relations, strategic partnerships, sales/business development, and educational content development. Given my experience, I could function like a “Swiss Army knife” in my next role.
